You are looking at a reproduction poster/print of the 1914 Twin City (Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Minnesota) Motordrome. What a fantastic poster! It would look great framed. It is printed on thick 100 pound card stock paper. In mint condition. It measures 12 x 14 inches with a nice sepia tone.
It advertises "A Thrill Every Minute". An Ad in the Minneapolis Morning Tribune for this race said: The most alluring sport you have ever seen when ten riders circle the four-lap saucer, angle of 58 degrees, at a rate of 90 miles per hour. Thousands of dollars offered. Admission to bleachers, .25 cents; to grandstand, .50 cents; to reserve seat, .75 cents. The track is located in Saint Paul, Minnesota where now a Walmart is doing business.
