Stock #: 5035-CHA Exterior Color: Dark Green Interior Color: Black Body Type: Pickup Truck Transmission: 3 Speed Manual Drivetrain: RWD Engine: 200 CI Inline 4 Title Condition: Clear Vehicle Description

The 1931 Ford Model A pickup (82-B) was a popular style because it combined the comfort of Ford's main sedan, with truck usability. Today that diverse spirit lives in this well-presented period-correct example that would be an attraction at any vintage car show, truck show, or even parade.
The dark green paint looks great with the black fenders. This nice glossy finish looks very period correct, and it has the right ready-to-work looks great on a vintage truck....In fact, it even has cool landscaping logos on the doors (established in 1931, get it?) And you'll love the look of the yellow pinstriping that not only encircles the hood and cab, but also highlights the stamped creases in the bed. While the pickup was one of the most utilitarian of the Model As, it did come with the fender-mounted spare wire wheel, which was usually reserved for the Deluxe Ford models. Given the massive resources out there for restoring a Model A, it's no surprise that this one fits together well with doors that close snugly and a nicely aligned hood.
Step inside and it feels like a time machine to the 1930s. The seat cover, door panels, and rubber floor mat are all in quality condition. This carries the correct pieces of the later Model As that gave the center instrument panel more real estate and an interesting textured feel. Speaking of texture, there's no other feeling out there quite like grabbing an older four-spoke steering wheel and feeling the history against your fingertips.
All Model As, even the trucks, got the same torquey 200 cubic inch four-cylinder engine, which means maintenance is easier that you would think on a nearly 90-year-old pickup. In fact, not only do the pictures show you a quality presentation, but also useful upgrades, like the 6-volt alternator. The consignor even drove it 50 miles direct to our shop! The three-speed manual transmission is light and easy to master, and the four-wheel mechanical brakes are surprisingly effective given the Model A's light weight. So feel free to lead the parade route in this pickup.
These Model A pickups were built so tough that this one could probably still go to work today. But just like you, this exceptional Ford really just deserves the good life of a long Sunday drive. Call now!

We recognize the need for complete transparency when buying/selling vehicles on . That said, we did not build, modify, or have the luxury of personal ownership that would give us the advantage of knowing all unknown aspects of each vehicle. Transparency is king and we're happy to try and answer ALL questions our customers might have prior to purchasing. Additionally, we welcome and encourage independent inspections (see Inspection statement below).

FEES: A documentation fee of $199 will be added to the purchase price at the time of sale. Sale price does not include any Title, License, Registration, State or Local Taxes or Processing Fees. INSPECTION: VERY IMPORTANT. If a buyer chooses to buy sight unseen (many of our buyers choose this option) the buyer accepts the vehicle AS-IS and understands we cannot address concerns post sale. For this reason, it's important all concerns are addressed prior to purchase. We make every effort to present accurate and reliable information, but use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Buyers are welcomed to trailer vehicles home and we are happy to have everything ready to see you off with your new vehicle.

DRIVE IT HOME: If you plan to buy and drive home, please keep some things in mind. Anything is possible when it comes to a vehicle, especially a classic or antique one. We recommend transporting all vehicles to your home first, then driving it locally. Get to know the vehicle and its tendencies before embarking on a long-distance trip. VIN VERIFICATION: We photograph the primary VIN location of every vehicle and make sure that VIN exactly matches the vehicle's current title. Buyer agrees to hold seller harmless from any disputes arising from other hidden or secondary VINs present on the vehicle as seller only verifies the primary VIN location. If needed, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify secondary VIN locations their specific state may inspect, prior to purchase.

MILEAGES: Occasionally our vehicles may be driven or simply moved around our facilities. Slight differences may occur so we recommend you confirm actual and current miles prior to purchase. CONDITION: We cover the obvious and do our best to describe our vehicles in detail. Even so, please have a transparent conversation with us before purchasing.
