This plastic fitting fails at the seam on factory and aftermarket replacements because of the extreme temperatures it is exposed to.

UPDATE: There have been some questions posed as to what years, makes and models this kit will fit. This kit works with2008-2010 Chrysler, Dodge minivans andthe VW Routan thathaveauxiliary rear heat and the plastic Y connector in the hose assembly.
You can verify this by checking under the hood, slightly left of the battery tray. The plastic Yis situated directly over the exhaust crossover andthe hose assembly appears in the 2nd photo, chances are you may see evaporated coolant on the exhaust.
Thisitem is not available for internationalpurchase due to the added fees, tariffsand postage whichmakes this item very cost prohibitive.
