M&W TURBOCHARGER KIT FOR IH FARMALL 806/856
This is a brand new M&W turbocharger kit for the IH Farmall 806 and 856 diesel tractors with the D-361 and D-407 diesel engines. This kit is complete, and includes the M&W installation and parts list manual.
This kit includes a new Garrett/Airesearch turbocharger. We can also build this kit with an original reconditioned M&W/Rajay turbocharger with the M&W tag on the compressor housing upon request. This kit includes a new upgraded thicker casting exhaust elbow (with the M&W name and part number cast into the side), and a new upgraded all-steel 45 degree exhaust flange (instead of the original cast-iron flange). This kit includes the spin-on oil filter assembly with a yellow and black M&W oil filter. All of the hardware is included. This kit will come exactly as you see in the pictures, with the exhaust components coated in a 2000 F satin blackceramic coating, and the intake casting, intake pipe, and oil filter bracket coated in IH red.
The 806 is rated at 94PTO HP stock, and the 856 is rated at 100PTO HP stock. M&W recommended adjusting the fuel delivery to achieve 115 HP on the 806, and 118 HP on the 856. These tractors can safely produce 140-150 HP at the PTO with this turbocharger kit installed, with the proper fuel delivery setting, while remaining clean on exhaust smoke.
