This is a new 2022 Forest River Sabre Cobalt Edition 37FLL Bunkhouse Fifth Wheel with a front living room, rear bedroom with loft above and auto leveling. The Sabre 37FLL is built to the highest standards, the construction is superior. It has a true 5 sided welded aluminum tube frame. The walls are constructed with enhanced fiberglass with a 1/8” lauan backer and an additional 1/8” lauan backer with staggered seams, solid block foam insulation and an interior decorative wall board. The roof has a one-piece EPDM rubber, 3/8” roof decking and R-14 insulation. The floor is 5/8” seamless decking and there is a large-capacity heat duct plenum, R-14 Glasswool insulation and Darco wrapped main floor moisture barrier. The underbelly is enclosed and heated with heated gate valves.
Outside you will find high gloss fiberglass with tasteful graphics, front cap, auto leveling, outdoor kitchen, adjustable power patio awning with LED lighting, aluminum wheels, black tank flush, hot/cold sprayer hose, 50 watt solar charger, MORryde 4 riser entry steps, rear ladder and a spacious front pass-thru storage compartment.
Inside you will find all the conveniences of home including sleeping for up to 10. The 37FLL has a wonderful front living room with a front entertainment center including a 55\" LED TV, Bluetooth stereo, electric fireplace with heat and ample storage! The living area also includes 2 theater seating recliners and opposing sleeper sofas.
The residential style island kitchen features solid surface countertops and sink covers, residential 15 cu. ft. refrigerator with inverter, microwave, range & oven and plenty of storage including a hutch and pantry!
The rear master bedroom features a King Bed, slide-out wardrobe and washer/dryer prep. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with sliding glass doors and seat and porcelain foot flush toilet.
The real stand-out is the lofts above the bathroom and bedroom! You\'ll have a loft for storage and one for living/sleeping space. They are easily accessible via the staircase

If you are an Iowa resident, we collect tax, title and registration fees for the State of Iowa. If you will be registering in any other state, you will be responsible for your state\'s tax, title and registration fees. We NEVER require any other purchases or upgrades to qualify for our low prices nor do we require you to finance your purchase with us.
Will you take less than the listed price or add extra equipment at no charge?
Our listed prices are the absolute lowest. We feel this makes a better buying experience. Everyone will pay the same low price!
Why do you conceal brand name on some of your listings?

Do you ship RVs?
We can arrange delivery, the current transport rate is $1.95 per loaded mile (one way) for delivery to the contiguous United States. This rate is subject to change at any time as fuel prices fluctuate. If the rate does change, We will make our best effort to update the rate in a timely manner. You may estimate transportation costs by using an online mapping service, we are located in Walcott, Iowa. You might also check uship.com. It has become very difficult to transport into Canada due to broker requirements, if you would be interested in a rendezvous on the U.S. side of the border, we will provide the required bill of sale, no-recall letter and certificate of origin for Canadian import. Please contact us for our current transport schedule before buying or offerding.
Can you provide us with a hitch?
A standard fifth wheel hitch for a long bed is $650. A slider hitch for a 6.5\' bed is $850, that includes installation at our location. Add $150 if you need a brake controller. We use Reese Pro hitch components. *Additional brackets and hardware may be needed for some trucks.
Does this RV come with a warranty?
All of our new units come with a full manufacturer\'s warranty, good throughout the U.S. and Canada. In the unlikely event you would need warranty service, simply contact our service department and we will assist you in arranging service at your nearest authorized service center. We also offer the lowest priced extended service plans in the industry!
