This item is for repair. The rear bumper and axels have popped off because of the quality of glue on these decanters. This is very common in my experience. The steering wheel unfortunately broke off while i was cleaning it. I seem to have all the parts. This item may have some slight scratches, rust, or general wear due to age and use. Everything we sell is used from estates, so please see pictures for condition. Thank you!
