- Pair of antique bronze bookends made by Weidlich Brothers Manufacturing Co.
- Each one depicts the same scene of Native American archers
- There is an older native man with braids sitting on a rock instructing a younger child who has a bow & arrow.
- Marked on the back with a WB logo, copyright & USA. With number 644 above WB logo.
- Each is 5-5/8" tall, 4-1/2" wide & 2-3/4" deep. Each weighs just shy of 3 lbs.
- Both are marked with orange grease pencil on the bottom "644 TLV" - perhaps TLV was the person who cast them?
- The Weidlich Brothers Manufacturing Co. operated out of Bridgeport, Connecticut from 1901 until the 1950s.
