Up for sale is a beautifully proportioned vintage Chinese cloisonné enamel covered cabinet vase. Standing at approximately a substantial6 inches tallwith a slender approx.2 ¼ inch diameter, this elegant baluster-form jar showcases a striking balance of traditional artistic motifs and mid-century artisan craftsmanship.Design & Artistry:
The vase features a vibrant, hand-crafted turquoise-blue background intricately decorated with tight, traditional cloud-scroll filigree wires. The primary decorative panels display elegantwhite plum blossoms (meihua)emerging from gnarled branches, accented with delicate shades of lime green, soft pink, and yellow. The shoulders and neck are framed by alternating geometric floral and cloud borders.The matching, removable lid features a classic solid brass flame-shaped finial. The interior of the vase and the recessed underside of the base are finished with a vibrant, smooth cerulean-blue counter-enamel glaze—a hallmark technique used to protect the underlying copper/brass structure during the high-heat firing process.Condition & Authentication Notes:

• Condition:Excellent vintage condition. The glass enamel work is exceptionally well-preserved with no visible chips, cracks, or missing cells (pitting).
• Patina:The exposed brass rims, foot rim, and lid finial exhibit a beautiful, authentic dark aged patina that confirms its vintage status. It has been left unpolished to preserve this natural, desirable oxidation.
• Markings:The base is completely smooth and unmarked, which is characteristic of high-quality decorative export wares produced during the mid-20th century (Republic to early PRC era).
• Structural Note:The interior of the lid features a standard hollow-cast brass alignment cylinder designed strictly to sit flush and securely within the flared neck of the vase.
