✨ Description
This elongated Himalayan quartz crystal from the Hashupi region displays a clean blade-like form combined with strong internal optical effects and natural surface textures.
The body shows high clarity with a bright, glassy appearance, allowing light to pass through easily. Rather than internal rainbow inclusions, the crystal exhibits a dynamic reflective effect created by internal growth structures and well-developed Akashic lines. As the piece is rotated, bands of light move across the surfaces, producing a flowing optical pattern.
Distinct horizontal growth striations are visible along the faces, a classic feature of high-altitude Himalayan formation. Several crystal faces present a strong luster with mirror-like reflections, enhancing the sharpness and transparency.
One side shows natural etching textures formed during growth and post-growth processes, adding surface complexity and a slightly frosted contrast to the otherwise clear body. The opposite areas remain smooth and highly reflective, creating a strong visual balance.
The crystal also displays natural self-healed and contact growth on one side, preserving its original formation history. The base is natural and unpolished.
The termination remains largely intact, with minor natural edge wear, typical for crystals formed and recovered in rugged mountain environments.
