Original handwritten letter dated November 27, 1886, written from Champion, Pennsylvania, addressed to Wm. Hunt, Esq. The letter concerns the annual filling of the jury wheel, with the writer offering to provide names of men who would make good jurors. The writer notes he has been watching the names for some time and observes that certain individuals appear on the rolls too frequently — "this should not be each one near as possible."
