NOTES ON CONDITION Please read entire description before offerding or purchasing!!!

• This disclaimer is included on all raw card listings on my page starting 5/15/2024.
• I am not a professional card grader and do not review cards for professional grading.
• I will review the condition of the card in order to assign the appropriate Ungraded Card Condition categories and criteria below.
• If the card contains any significant & noteworthy damage or print errors, they will be noted in the description above for my integrity.
• For cards over $20 value, I will generally include pictures of all corners. Please review pictures for condition. I will generally remove the card from the sleeve and top loader specifically to allow a better photo for the buyer to review condition.
• DO NOT offer or purchase this card with expectations of receiving a particular professional grade.
• I WILL NOT ACCEPT returns due to existing flaws that fall within the Ungraded Card Condition guidelines below. This policy unfortunately exists because of bad past experiences with disingenuous buyers. (\"Near Mint or Better\" does NOT mean a guaranteed PSA 10!!!)
• If the description above says \"Pack Fresh\", that means I can guarantee it went straight from the pack to a sleeve and top loader, and it\'s not a repack card or a card purchased on the secondary market.
• Please - I encourage you to send me a message if you have any questions or concerns.
