Original set of six (6) vintage Kodachrome 35mm slides from May 1946, all featuring the iconic Hollywood Bowl amphitheater in Los Angeles, California.
Red-border Kodachrome mounts with original handwritten labels like “HOLLYWOOD BOWL MAY 1946”, “VIEW FROM BOWL MAY 1946 LA”.
Captures the classic 1929 concentric arch bandshell against the Hollywood Hills, plus scenic views looking out over the city and neighborhoods from the Bowl—great post-WWII mid-century color perspectives!
Slides are in very good vintage condition with strong, vivid Kodachrome colors (typical slight age/yellowing on some mounts as shown; please review detailed photos/scans closely for sharpness and any minor dust/scratches). No major damage, fading, or mold visible. Stored flat for decades.
Ideal for collectors of vintage travel/ephemera, Los Angeles/Hollywood history, 1940s photography, Kodachrome enthusiasts, or mid-century Southern California scenes. Perfect small themed lot!
Ships safely in protective sleeves/toploaders. Combined shipping on additional slides/lots. Feel free to message for higher-res scans or close-ups!
