Antique 1920s 30s Japan Miniature Cup Saucer Pink Roses Ornate Gold Handle

Beautiful antique Japanese miniature porcelain cup and saucer, dating approximately to the 1920s–1930s / pre-WWII period.
This exceptionally petite set features delicate pink rose sprays, extensive gold decoration, and a striking ornate openwork-style gilt handle. The footed cup has floral decoration both inside and outside, with an intricate gold patterned band around the body. The matching saucer has coordinating rose sprays, gold border decoration, and a softly shaped rim.
Both cup and saucer are marked simply “JAPAN” on the underside.
This is a true miniature / doll-size cup and saucer, substantially smaller than a standard teacup and even smaller than most demitasse sets.
Approximate measurements:
Cup: about 1½–1¾\" tall
Saucer: about 4½\" across
Condition: Good antique condition with no chips or cracks noted. There is visible age-related wear to portions of the gold decoration and rim, consistent with age. Some minor surface wear/marks may also be present. Please review all photos carefully for condition.
