A lovely sterling silver match safe in a blend of art nouveau and Victorian styles. Covered in what looks like vines, it has a space in the middle that you could add a monogram for personalization. As is, the bare metal middle pops in hand and draws your eye to the safe. Marked with a markers mark and Sterling. Has a lovely patina that would fit well into any collection.
This match safe comes from a large inherited collection that has been entrusted to us on consignment. I have done my best to insure accurate pictures for each match safe so please look at all pictures before purchasing. This estate collection includes 60 total match safes ranging across art nouveau, art deco, and pre-war. There are plenty of sterling, brass, German silver, and other metals available in this collection. Plenty of advertisements and old souvenirs as well.
