This February 1974 Bronze Age issue features a battle and team-up sequence alongside the Juggernaut. The narrative includes a detailed retelling of the Juggernaut origin story and features brief X-Men cameo appearances, making this a critical milestone for Marvel Bronze Age completists.Detailed Condition Notes
This comic book is uncertified and is being sold as a raw vintage collectible in what I, subjectively, estimate to be Good (GD) condition. Please be sure and examine the notes below and the included photos closely to arrive at your own judgement. It represents a complete entry point to fill a gap in a mid-1970s Marvel run.
- Front and Back Covers: The front cover exhibits vibrant colors and retains a medium level of gloss, with mild surface haze present over the lighter colored backgrounds and title block area. A soft bend and slight warping runs uniformly through the vertical edge opposite the spine, indicating past exposure to moisture. The white background of the back cover shows mild age-related yellowing and a series of localized brown dots along the outer edge resulting from dried historic mold. It does not possess a musty odor.
- Spine and Staples: Original factory staples are fully intact and tight, holding the pages secure, though they have lost their original reflectivity.
- Interior Pages: The internal build remains solid. A touch of the historic moisture spotting impacts the first and last interior page borders, but the rest of the story pages are unaffected. Pages are intact with a light tan border color. There are no missing pages, tears, interior handwriting, or dog-eared corners, and the centerfold remains completely secure.
