i included a video to show what i\'m explaining here. Only one drum has the screw on top part. the other just has the push top. the one with the silver lid was full of material and the roller doesn\'t roll it regularly. the one that was empty rolled at a regular speed. i dont know if that is a problem with the one drum or with the strength of the motor. There is no on/off switch or speed control. it just starts rolling as soon as you plug it in. there is dirt/dust/corrosion all over these parts.
