Pro Built 1:48 scale Nakajima B6N2 Tenzan “Jill” torpedo bomber scale model:
$225.00
1:48 scale hasegawa B6N2 Tenzan “Jill” torpedo bomber, South Pacific island based 1944Custom built in the heart of Texas, this 1:48 scale model faithfully recreates the B6N2, a Japanese torpedo bomber that first saw service starting in 1943 and flew throughout the war. With most of Japans main fleet carriers sunk late in the war, most Jills saw service based out of island air fields such as Tinian and Rabaul, where they lacked the regular care and maintenance they would receive on an aircraft carrier. This heavy wear and weathering has been reflected on the model through dozens of hours of complex chipping and pigment enamel effects. It is our hope that history remains alive in the hearts of our customers through your support.
