An attractive purple fluorite with pyrite from the Ojuela Mine, Mapimà Municipality, Durango, Mexico. Measuring approximately 1.9 cm across, this thumbnail specimen features deep purple fluorite associated with numerous bright, metallic pyrite crystals. The brassy-gold pyrite provides excellent contrast against the rich purple fluorite, while a smaller fluorite crystal adds additional interest to the overall composition. Despite its small size, this is a very attractive and visually interesting example from this classic Mexican locality. The perky box and a custom specimen label will be included with the specimen.
