ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a rare vintage wooden waste basket manufactured by Stow & Davis. Circa late \'40s. Materials: Wood (Walnut). The larger sides of the basket are slight bowed out at the center and taper in where they meet the smaller sides with the cut-out handles. The basket still retains its original metal label attached to the underside (see photo).
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 13.25\" tall x 16 wide x 11.25\" deep.
CONDITION: Good vintage condition, but not perfect. There are light surface abrasions here and there, but nothing drastic. Also, there is a little bit of edge wear and wear to the feet. We have not attempted to clean or polish the basket. The areas with the abrasions can easily be sanded down and stained, or just left alone. It didn\'t both us, so we just left it as it was acquired. The inside of the basket is also relatively clean. Display well, and is ready to be enjoyed!
