For sale is a beautiful, highly collectible Vintage Ropp "Air-Dry" Cherrywood estate tobacco pipe, model number 805. Made in France, this piece is in pristine, unsmoked, New Old Stock condition, complete with its original vintage AFEX retail string tag.Ropp is world-renowned for their traditional cherrywood pipes, utilizing authentic cherry wood branches with the natural bark left intact on the bowl and shank. This specific model features a comfortable bent stem and Ropp's patented "Air-Dry" design, complete with the metal condensation/drainage hole on the bottom of the bowl designed to ensure a cool, dry smoke.Condition Details:
Pipe is completely unsmoked, clean, and pristine.
The stamping on the bottom of the bowl is crisp and perfectly legible: "AIR (ROPP) DRY - MADE IN FRANCE" along with the shape number "805".
The white Ropp logo inset on the stem is clear and intact.
