Vintage 1979 Real Cigarettes Advertisement R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Retro Ad:
$18.61

The headline reads:

“Taste Real’s new golden taste! Richer…mellower than before”

Promoting Real’s new golden leaf tobacco blend and its “Rich Taste–Low Tar” positioning, the ad is a striking example of late-1970s American cigarette advertising.

The original Surgeon General health warning and 1979 R.J. Reynolds copyright are clearly visible, making this an interesting piece of period advertising history.

A great display piece for collectors of vintage tobacco advertising, cigarette memorabilia, R.J. Reynolds ephemera, 1970s graphic design and retro Americana.
