Original vintage 70s US Military CWU-45/P Nomex Flight Jacket. RARE 1st pattern with the Bi-Swing Action Back. Nice pre-owned condition for age and type of item as best described in the pictures. Only minor flaws noted; a couple small spots and some minor runs in the fabric. The internal size tag text has completely faded from historical laundering, but based on official USGI military specifications and precise flat-lay dimensions, this is a true vintage Men\'s Size Large. It fits beautifully with that iconic cropped, boxy vintage flight silhouette. Please refer to the exact measurements below to guarantee a proper fit:

MELLOW GUPPY IS AN OHIO BASED (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) SMALL BUSINESS. FIRST OFF, WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING US THROUGH THE YEARS! WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN EVERY STAGE OF PASSING THESE TREASURED ITEMS FROM OUR HANDS TO YOURS AND DEPEND ON YOUR SATISFACTION TO KEEP GROWING AND MOVING FORWARD.
If you are buying VINTAGE please have reasonable expectations. Items that are 20+ years old will most likely show some signs of wear. We do our best to point these out and picture or mention any issues. Cotton tends to shrink over time from things like washing and drying. Also, clothing worn outside and, in the sun, can become faded. In general VINTAGE clothing sizes do run SMALLER in comparison to modern sizing.
IN SHORT – PLEASE MEASURE!!! IT’S THE ONLY WAY TO ENSURE PROPER FIT WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE!
