ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage \"Gum Real Estate\" advertising sign. We were told it dates back to the \'60s. It is double-sided, and features three separate wooden components that are screwed into two hollow metal cylindrical columns that are set at slightly staggered heights. Each of the wooden components are slightly angled by design. This piece just rests in the ground, but can probably be adapted quite easily to hang.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 53\" tall x 43.75\" wide. The round red gum portion of the signage measures approx. 30\" wide x 12\" tall. The green real estate portion measures approx. 43.75\" wide x 6\" tall. Lastly, the office portion measures approx. 20.5\" wide (arrow tip) x 8\" tall (arrow tip).
CONDITION: Decent vintage condition. There is clearly paint loss to both sides - one side displays a bit better than the other (see photos). There are some very minor chips to the wood, but nothing overly noticeable or that interferes with its display. The wear that is shows adds character to the piece and is part of its overall story. The two metal rods to which each of the three pieces are mounted to shows general light wear. It\'s a fun piece and displays well.
PLEASE NOTE: This piece will be taken apart for more compact shipping. The three wooden components of the signage are just screwed into the metal support cylinders with bolts.
