Vintage Jax Beer Tray Texas Brags Tin Litho Advertising Rustic Barware Decor:
$39.00

Condition:

Used Jax Beer "Texas Brags" Tin Lithograph Advertising Tray

The Graphics:

This classic piece of breweriana features the famous, highly collectible "Texas Brags" map graphic! It is packed with fun, boastful text pointing to different parts of the state, including "Smartest Horses," "Biggest Men," "Roomiest Ranches," "Tallest Tales," and of course, Jax as the "Best Beer in Town."

Condition - Authentic Rustic Patina:

This tray is being sold in true "survivor" condition. It has spent decades earning a very heavy, honest patina.

Surface: Significant rust, pitting, and paint loss throughout (please zoom in on all photos).

Care: The tray has been gently washed to remove loose dirt and lightly oiled to stabilize the rust, but no harsh chemicals or abrasives were used to ensure the surviving graphics were preserved.

Appeal: While not for the strict condition-grader, this piece has an incredible, authentic weathered look that is absolutely perfect for rustic bar decor, a garage, or a vintage-themed man cave.
