This is a vintage handmade patchwork quilt in the Snowball block, hand stitched, from a family estate.
Every one of its 80 blocks mixes different prints — florals, ginghams, chambray and fun novelty prints like strawberries and a little girl with balloons — and it looks great spread across a bed.
What\'s Included

Condition
It is in excellent shape with essentially no wear — it looks unused, though I can\'t say for certain that it never was. The few specifics:

About this item
The block is the curved Snowball (also published as Robbing Peter to Pay Paul and Mill Wheel): each square has a quarter-circle pieced into every corner, so circles form wherever four blocks meet. It is hand stitched in straight lines about an inch apart, set in nested L shapes that turn from block to block, and the solid pale blue backing wraps around to the front as the binding.
