Vintage new old stock mini lighter with Bultaco motorcycle sticker, made in Japan.
The lighter is unstuck and has not been tested but it appears to be in working order.
Lighter case has scuffs, scratches and minor dents from years of storage.
I believe the lighter is new old stock of vending machine prizes or carnival claw machine prizes.
