Vintage Ultra-Rare General Leonard Wood Pinback/Button - CCVU & GAR - as seen in pics.
As best as I can surmise, this item is a vintage and believed to be an ultra-rare pin from a Chautauqua event held on August 23, 1919, which featured General Leonard M. WOod. The pin is associated with two veterans' organizations: C.C.V.U. (Chautauqua County Veterans Union) and the G.A.R. (Grand Army of the Republic).
