$55.00

The vintage US Marine Corps powder compact from the 1940s or 1950s is a rare and collectible item that holds historical significance. This compact likely belonged to a military personnel or a collector of unique vanity items during that time period. With its retro design and potential military connection, this powder compact would make a valuable addition to any collection of vintage beauty products or military memorabilia.
The heart shaped compact includes both screen and puff and a nearly flawless mirror without haze. The gold tone body is paired with an iridescent, faux mother of pearl top inlay and Eagle, Globe, and Anchor (EGA) insignia emblem. The hinge and clasp are still tight and functional. Some small amount of discoloration on the brass body can be seen in the photos.
