Correct, regulation US Naval Reserve collar insignia is seldom seen actually used, but these are intact. Tunic belonged to Ensign E K Pelcher, as shown on the tailor tag which is dated October 2, 1917, quite early. No serious damage to speak of, very clean, even color and tone, one blind-closure front button is missing. Tunic has sword cut to the side, with a flap and button closure, this button could be moved to the front if so desired. Some wear to edge of the mohair stripe in front, not coming apart but showing use, one side only. Chest measure is about 36, sleeve length from seam to cuff tip is 23.25", neck is 14.25". This is not a large tunic.
DC has shafted us with nutsy fuel costs, and the post office hits me with occasional 'rural address' surcharges. I can't predict if that will be you until I print the postage, so my postage rates have gone up to cover this eventuality.
