WWI WWI German Bavaria Pickelhaube Spiked Helmet:
$550.00

The Bavarian Pickelhaube reflects the distinct military autonomy and regional traditions of the Kingdom of Bavaria within the Imperial German Army. The Foot troops transitioned to a pattern featuring a rounded visor and a slightly scaled-down Wappen, while retaining flat chin scales up to 1914. Spikes were ordered removed or made detachable by late 1915, and the entire line was officially phased out starting in 1916 with the introduction of the steel Stahlhelm.
