IMPORTANT COLLECTIBLE ITEM NOTICE
AS-IS CONDITION
This is an older collectible item and is being sold strictly AS-IS. Please carefully review the full description and all photos before purchasing. The photos form an important part of the condition description.
AGE-RELATED WEAR
Due to the age of collectible items, minor scratches, paint wear, oxidation, discoloration, joint looseness or tightness, material aging, or other age-related imperfections may be present, even if not specifically mentioned. Please do not expect an older collectible to meet the same condition standards as a newly manufactured item.
BATTERY / ELECTRONIC FUNCTIONS
For older collectible items that use batteries, age-related battery leakage, corrosion, oxidation, or deterioration may be present. All battery-powered, lighting, sound, and other electronic functions are considered UNTESTED, and no guarantee is made regarding their current or future functionality.
Even a brand-new, factory-sealed older collectible cannot necessarily be guaranteed to have corrosion-free batteries after many years of storage.
NO ADDITIONAL TESTING OR HANDLING
Due to the age and collectible nature of these items, I do not perform additional electronic testing, disassembly, transformation, or other potentially unnecessary handling upon request. This is intended to avoid unnecessary wear or accidental damage to older collectibles.
Please make your purchase decision based on the description and photos provided.
ACCESSORIES / COMPLETENESS
Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual listing, only the item(s) and accessories clearly shown in the listing photos are included. Please do not assume that any accessory, part, packaging, paperwork, or other item not shown in the photos is included.
CONDITION & NATURAL AGING
These items have been part of a personal collection and may have been displayed or stored for many years. Natural aging or deterioration of materials can occur over time. Exact condition is shown to the best of my ability in the listing photos and description.
COLOR / PHOTO DISCLAIMER
Actual colors may vary slightly from the photos due to lighting, camera settings, screen settings, and the age or finish of the materials.
FINAL SALE / NO RETURNS
Please review the listing carefully and ask any necessary questions before purchasing. Due to the age and collectible nature of the item, it is sold AS-IS and returns are not accepted.
By purchasing, please understand that this is an older collectible rather than a newly manufactured retail item, and make your purchase decision based on the condition shown and described.
