1822 Tennessee Military Land Grant – Governor William Carroll – State Seal – 400 Acres – State of Tennessee land grant issued during the administration of Governor William Carroll, one of Tennessee's most important early governors and a celebrated War of 1812 commander.

This grant, numbered 18851, conveys approximately 400 acres to Thomas Graham, assignee of a military warrant originally issued for military service. The document was executed at Murfreesborough, then the capital of Tennessee, and bears the embossed Great Seal of the State of Tennessee.
