Up for sale is a charming vintage black and white snapshot photograph of two women in classic 1910s / Teens-era fashion, posing beside a massive weathered log at the water\'s edge. One woman sits gracefully on the log while the other stands beside her. Both wear long ankle-length skirts, crisp blouses, high-button boots, and large decorative hats — quintessential 1910s women\'s style. Dappled sunlight filters through the trees behind them in this evocative outdoor lakeside / riverside nature scene.
This is an ORIGINAL vintage photograph (not a reprint) — a wonderful piece of Americana and vernacular photography. Perfect for collectors of vintage fashion photography, black and white snapshots, women\'s history, outdoor and nature scenes, or early 20th century memorabilia.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ: The 1910s date is a STYLE-BASED ESTIMATE ONLY. The long skirts, large hats, and high boots suggest the Teens era (1910s) — NOT 1920s flapper style — but there is NO date, location, or names documented on the photograph. The back of the photo is completely blank: no inscriptions, dates, or stamps. Date and location are UNKNOWN.
CONDITION: Vintage used condition — please examine all photos closely for condition details. Photo measures approximately 3 1/4 x 4 1/2 inches.
You will receive the photo shown: images include (1) a closeup detail, (2) the full front of the photo, and (3) the blank back.
