Original Vintage 1967 Sea-Fare New England Oyster House Seafood Restaurant Menu Perrine Coral Gables North Miami Dania Ft Lauderdale South North Pompano Beach Boca Raton West Palm Beach Sarasota St Peterburg Orlando Florida The New England Oyster House in Perrine was one location of a South Florida seafood chain that began in the late 1950s as the New England Raw Bar and Sea Food House on Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami and was operated by the Florida Oyster Company of Dania. Known for New England-style oysters and paper bibs, it grew from five Dade and Broward locations in 1960 to sites across the region through the 1960s and 1970s, from Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and Sarasota; the Perrine restaurant stood at 16915 S. Federal Highway (US-1) and appears in a 1965 photograph. The chain faded after Red Lobster expanded into South Florida in the mid-1970s and had largely disappeared by the 1980s, and the Perrine site is no longer a New England Oyster House. It measures 15\" x 11\" closed and 22\" x 15\" open. Check out my other Antiques and Collectibles. I give discounts on multiple purchases and combine shipping. Stored in T-49
