Antique pocket diary dated 1868, with its original dark, textured cover and gold-lettered “Diary 1868” title. It contains printed calendar pages and handwritten entries in period cursive. An inscription inside appears to read “P. A. Clarke.”This is a partial, worn example: pages are missing, torn, or damaged, and the remaining paper shows age, discoloration, and wear. The handwriting is not fully legible, and I have not transcribed the entries. Please examine the photos carefully; the diary is sold as shown. It measures 4 3/4” x 3”.Buyer pay shipping and handling.
