Antique Early 2 Piece Witch Costume Witches - Cape and Skirt - some damage RARE:

Rare and early 2 piece Witches Costume. This includes a hooded cape with bats, stars and witches and a black (shiny (sheen) fabric - taffeta?) skirt with orange bats, owl, moon and stars on one side. The skirt has been altered to have an elastic waist band. There are no tags.
The skirt measures approximately 26” long and is pretty wide at the top. I would remove the elastic to fit an adult or keep elastic to fit a child. The cape is 23” long (not including the hood). This fabric also has a sheen to it. Note that there is some damage, please see photos. Thanks for looking and please feel free to ask questions.
