• Design Elements: The centerpiece of the lace design is a beautiful figural motif featuring a pair of birds facing one another, nestled among scrolling vines, floral rosettes, and elegant geometric wheels along the outer scalloped edge.

Condition Notes:
This item is in lovely antique condition with strong, clean linen and vibrant white thread. As expected with fine antique lace of this age, there are some broken connecting bridges (picots/bars) within the intricate scrollwork. These are minor, do not distract from the overall display stability, and can be easily stabilized or repaired by a collector. Please review all macro photos carefully to evaluate the condition.
Comes from a smoke-free environment. Perfect for collectors of fine European textiles, Victorian/Edwardian linens, or classic Italian lace.
