Antique Victorian Paper Covered Box Satires American Drinks Novelty Vanity Chest For Sale

Up for sale is a truly unique piece of 19th-century social history. This original Victorian-era paper-covered wooden box functions beautifully as a tabletop trinket, jewelry, or dresser box. It is completely adorned with humorous caricatures, lithographs, and satirical snippets mimicking the style of popular period periodicals like Punch magazine.
