Antique Western Electric Candlestick Phone With Gray Pay Station No.14 NOS Mint.:
$2000.00

Up for sale is an absolutely fantastic condition antique western electric candlestick telephone with a gray pay station No.14 multi coin pay phone. I believe this gray pay station is old store stock and has never been used but I’m not 100% sure of that. I don’t believe it’s ever been restored. I believe it’s all original. This phone and gray pay station is in near mint condition. This one is the rare hard to find counter model used in restaurants and hotels this one was never mounted on a wall like the other ones you see. I believe it’s a model 14. This one still has the original factory rubber feet on it that have been screwed on. The paint on this is in beautiful condition near mint. There is absolutely no rust on this phone no scratches on the back or the bottom that’s why I believe it’s old store stock and never used. It has the three coin slots with original white paint on the coin denominations. When I drop a nickel in it rings once and a dime it rings twice and the quarter slot I dropped a quarter in and it got stuck inside the slide so I know all the inside mechanism is completely fine and I believe there brass. I’m not going to unscrew everything and try to get inside it because I would rather leave it all original. I will leave that up to the new owner of it. The candle stick phone is a western electric and is clearly marked it has the cloth cord on it and looks to be in excellent condition as well. There are some light scratches on it and there are some cloth holes on the bottom pad. The gray pay station has the original label up top covered by glass and has its original bottom label. The coin box comes out and is not locked there is a key with it but I don’t believe it’s the right key because it won’t open or lock it. So I will leave that up to the new owner to get the right key. There is a small piece of green felt in the bottom of the coin box I don’t believe that was original to this phone. I’ve never seen another one like this one I have in this kind of condition absolutely gorgeous for its age. It has the original engraving of the manufacturer on the back gray pat station Hartford Connecticut. This is the rarest and hardest one to find being the counter model and not a wall phone. What you see is what you get. Please view pictures carefully because it’s part of my description message me with any questions you might have before purchasing this phone. If you need the measurements just message me. This is the nicest gray pay station telephone I’ve ever seen. I’m definitely not an expert on everything just trying to do my best describing everything. Good luck and stay safe and healthy.
