Description

Antique c. 1901 Rare Busy Bee Graphophone Phonograph

O\'Neill-James Co.
Chicago, Illinois

Serial Number - 70362

Please be aware - the listing is only what is pictured. There is no reproducer, no horn.

The wooden base is enthusiast engineered. All other parts including the winding key are original.

The base decal is completely worn off. Edison or Columbia records would not fit the larger mandrel, it takes only Busy Bee records.

On full wind the motor, moved the carriage from one end to the other about 1 1/2 times, it did slow down to the end. I would think, it will play about a record.

Please review the pictures for details.

Best of luck.
