Bridging the gap between a hunting camp butcher, field boning knife, and game/fish fillet blade, the Canadian Sportsman adapts Bark River’s ergonomic Canadian handle platform to an extended, agile slicing blade. Ground from razor-sharp Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, this piece is fitted with custom red and black plaid composite scales with subtle green accent lines, secured by a full aluminum pin layout.
Accompanied by a fitted, well-crafted handmade custom leather sheath.
