Complete vintage Stansi Scientific Company D-100 Part 1 Animal Kingdom specimen set. Made in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Stansi Scientific Company of Chicago made school and college lab equipment from 1930 until Fisher Scientific bought the company in 1967. This is that original D-100 Part 1 set. Not a modern import kit.
All 12 original round resin discs are in the box. Each disc is stamped STANSI and named on the face.

Condition from the photos:
Box lid is scuffed black paperboard with worn corners and a soiled factory label reading D-100 PART 1 ANIMAL KINGDOM / STANSI SCIENTIFIC COMPANY CHICAGO. The bottom edge of the lid is torn, the covering is peeling, and blue tape is on the lid. Inside the lid the cream paper is stained with brown water rings and dirt. The tray paper around the discs is stained and worn.
The discs are complete and unbroken. The resin is amber-yellow with age. Faces have scratches, swirl marks, and surface haze. Gold rims are worn. Lettering is still readable. Specimens are visible; Hydra and Grantia are small and faint, which is how those two were poured. No cracks through the discs.
