Early 1930’s Bowling Ball (Two Finger) Green Marbelized Catalin Bakelite TrophyThe cast bronze color bowling ball helps date the piece due to the two finger holes which was the standard in the late 1800’s into the 1930’s-40’s, when the 3 finger design was invented and preferred for more stability, control and power. The ball and base are in good shape with some wear on both, but nothing major. The catalin base has excellent color and no chips, cracks or repairs. It measures about 3 3/4 inches tall, the base is over 3 1/4 inches wide and over 2 1/4 inches deep. It also weighs in at 253 grams. This is an excellent looking small trophy for a vintage bowling collector or catalin collector!
