This is a Godin & Cil A Guise Aisne French COOKIE Waffle Press Cast Iron KRUMKOKIE N 15. Its in fair condition overall, its got some marks, scratches, and other wear marks on it from age, previous use, and from storage, but is fully intact and ready for holiday cookie making. The branding on the side of the iron is noticeable, however, one of the original screws that held it together is missing, so in place of it is a replacement screw and bolt, both work with the piece and have been used to still bake cookies in the past, but is being sold as is missing that original piece. This piece measures out to be about 23\" long. This cookie maker has not been in use for a few years now however, so it may need some tuning up before it\'ll be ready to be put back to use in your kitchen, or it can be hung as a beautiful historic wall hanger and conversation piece. I have provided below the recipe used for most of the cookies made with these irons.
