The Harker Oldest Pottery In America Royal Gadroon "Magnolia" Dishes Set of 19 is a vintage collectible dinnerware set featuring a classic Royal Gadroon style with a raised and scalloped edge design. Made in the United States.
The dishes are early-to-mid 20th century American art pottery with a formal, decorative pattern. They’re in the “traditional floral with gadroon edging” style, which was popular in upscale dinnerware of that era. This set showcases the craftsmanship and elegance of American pottery. With 19 pieces included in the set, this traditional and charming dinnerware is perfect for collectors or those looking to add a touch of history and sophistication to their kitchen and dining table.
The dishes are in very good condition there is some crazy and some discoloration on a few dishes due its age. The darker plate has absorbed more moisture, oils, and food stains through the crazing over its 60-80 years of life. This permanent staining is a mark of its history and authenticity as a piece of mid-century American pottery. Please see photos provided. There is one small chip under the lid of the serving bowl which you will see in a photo provided.
The set has intact gilding, crisp floral designs, and minimal crazing.
Stunning elegance, perfect to add to your collection!
