This is a rare decal and is an original dated 1943 Japanese HEAVY BATTLESHIP TYPE 2 KILL - SUNK DECAL.

The decal was a quicker response to reward for the pilot for the sinking of a ship instead of spray paint and stenciling. They were designed to be affixed to the front of the plane in clear sight. A very hard find!
