This is a beautiful Jaeger-LeCoultre No. 354 8-day skeleton table clock with the 16-jewel inline (baguette) movement, in its original box.

The clear glass front and back let the jeweled bar movement appear to float in the center, with gilt pyramid-faceted hour markers around the frame.
