This is a marked \"FDR The Man of the Hour\" wind up clock and statue made in the 1930s. There is a small arm piece that needs to be reattached to the scene on the face. The clock winding key does function but the clock does not run. The metal statue framework is in good shape. It measures approx. 13 1/2\" at its\' highest point with the base being approx. 4\" by 9 1/8\".
