This charming and suprising poster shows how extensive the Homefront military support campaign actually was during WWI. Published by US Department of Agriculure. A rare poster in great condition.Condition: A, linen mounted, fine color and paper quality. My Guarantee: All items are guaranteed original as described. I do not deal in reproductions, modern reprints, or later copies. The photo is the exact specimen you will receive, not a stock photo. Please message for questions or additional photos. I have 40 years experience as a professional print and poster dealer. Thanks, Gary Borkan.About Linen Mounting: The most accepted method of poster preservation is known as linen mounting. Using archival materials, the original poster is backed with acid-free paper and cotton canvas to provide strength, stability, and protection. This process helps preserve the poster for future generations, allows professional restoration when needed, and is fully reversible. Linen mounted posters are widely viewed as more desirable within the poster collecting community than unmounted examples. Linen mounting extends beyond the poster margins as is customary.
