NOTE: These remaining bottles were held back as we discovered while selling that this batch has some degradation due to age. They are all stamped with the same batch code - Q001QJB. The bottles that were preciously sold were clear, one person who received a bottle of the cloudier batch in error said that the top notes were slightly different but that the fragrance sat on the skin nicely in as PPH's beloved fragrance should.
While not perfect, these bottles of 1990s new-old stock still offer an opportunity to have a full bottle of the original, long-discontinued PPH fragrance. You can see in the closeup photos that there is some kind of separation happening that produces tiny darker bubbles that settle on the bottom but float around more when the liquid is disturbed.

These bottles come from the estate of a gentleman for whom PPH was his favorite daily scent. When he learned that it was being discontinued, he purchased whatever remaining stock he could find to make sure he would have it for years to come.Based on that, and that the bottle caps feature the newer design, we believe this stock was purchased in the 1990s at the later end of production. The bottles had been stored away in their home in a reasonably temperature controlled environment.
This particular PPH in the After Shave format is still quite potent when compared to the EDT. We've been in touch with many scent enthusiasts who are more knowledgable than us -- one of whom described it as, "just a bit softer and not as sharp of an opening" compared to the EDT.
